DO DRIVERS AND GUIDES SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH?

Of course they do. They have to, otherwise they wouldn’t be working for us. We want to make sure you do not miss a word, as the description of the cultural and artistic richness of this Country is so important to make your stay unforgettable.

CAN WE BOOK MORE THAN ONE SERVICE IN A ROW, IN MULTIPLE AREAS OF ITALY?

Sure you can. There’s no place in Italy you can’t go to, or anything you can’t do that we can’t arrange for you.

CAN WE REASSEMBLE A COUPLE OF EXCURSIONS, PUTTING TOGETHER ONE WE LIKE BETTER?

Yes of course. You can do two “Half day” in a day, or shorten a day excursion, while adding some other destinations. Just visit our “Contacts” section and build your own excursion or vacation.

HOW DO I RECOGNIZE WHO COMES AT THE AIRPORT, RAILWAY STATION, OR AT THE PORT TO PICK US UP?

DOES HAVING SOMEONE ALWAYS AROUND, MEANS WE DO NOT GET TIME ON OUR OWN?

We always want to respect your privacy & your time while you’re on vacation and as long as you want us around, we’ll be there. Of course, we know you’ll want to maximise your time with your family/travelling companions but we know you’ll need time alone for resting, shopping, lunch or whatever you feel like doing.

HOW DO WE PAY YOU?

We accept cash on the day of the tour and if you prefer paying using a credit card, PayPal or via a bank transfer, there will be a 5% supplemental charge. We do not accept any personal checks.

HOW AND WHEN CAN WE GET A REFUND?

Tours & shore excursions operated only with a driver, have free cancellation until 48h before the tour, 50% penalties if cancelled between 48h & 24h, and 100% penalties if cancelled within less than24h before the tour and in case of no - show. Partial refunds can be asked if the driver/guide showed up late, or did not respect the itinerary of the tour. Full refunds only if the tour was not operated for reasons depending on our tour company.

WHAT IF OUR FLIGHT/TRAIN/BOAT RUNS LATE?

We do know late arrivals and departure can happen anytime, and it’s no one’s fault, but when it’s possible, we gladly accept an alert from you. In case we do not hear from you, our staff waits 1h for train & flights, & 20 minutes for group tour from cruiseships.

IS IT SAFE TO TRAVEL TO ITALY?

Currently, Italy is one of the safest countries to visit, with very few incidents of terrorism. What we pride ourselves on is the friendliness of the population, their willingness to help foreigners and easy-going pace of life.

WHY DO PRICES VARY?

Because it depends on the season, the number of reservations and the economy.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

We generally do not cancel tours in inclement weather. We do our very best to ensure that the tours take place but if the weather conditions were to threaten the personal safety of our guests and/or staff, we would stop the tour. In this case, we would consider re-scheduling your request(s)for a different day/time.
